KEPOW specialise in new writing and devised theatre, that is innovative, exciting and dynamic.
Over the past 25 years KEPOW have toured the length and breadth of the UK, in the process, winning a "clutch of awards" (the Independent on Sunday). These include: the Sunday Times Playwright Award and the Rose Bruford Trust Directors Award.
The company have toured the world, performing in: Hawaii, New Zealand, Canada, America, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea, Germany, Norway, Bali, UAE, France and Holland. They have, collectively, worked with some of Britain's leading theatres and theatre companies: The National Theatre, the Royal Court Theatre and Shakespeare's Globe Theatre.
In recent years, the company have also undertaken numerous rural tours around the UK and have appeared on 24 Rural Touring schemes: most notably in Cornwall, Wiltshire, Hampshire and Devon.
Lyn Gardner of The Guardian saw SEVEN AGES at the Edinburgh Festival and wrote: "packed houses and audience adored….genuine popular theatre, that will definitely sell out".
